Reservations

To confirm your reservation, you must pay 100% of the total amount in advance. Your reservation does not secure the date until full payment is received.

Degree

To rent a boat without a captain, you must present a valid boating license: at least a PER or an equivalent international certification. This is the customer’s responsibility. If you do not present the license upon boarding, the trip will be canceled without a refund.

Cancellations by the customer

• More than 7 days (168 hours) in advance: 100% refund.
• Between 72 and 167 hours in advance: 80% refund or a free date change (one time only).
• Between 24 and 71 hours in advance: 50% refund or date change with no penalty (subject to availability).
• Less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: no refund; we can offer a 50% credit valid for 6 months.

Bad weather

Your safety comes first. If the weather prevents us from sailing, you can reschedule at no cost; if that’s not possible, we’ll give you a full refund. If the conditions are uncertain, we’ll decide together with you.

Changes

Changes made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to availability and sea conditions. For any refund, the date of the original reservation always applies.

Cancellation on Our Part

If we cancel due to technical issues, extreme conditions, or force majeure, we will offer you an alternative date at no cost or a full refund.
