We are the only Italian Haute Cuisine restaurant in Denia, declared city of gastronomy by UNESCO and tourist destination of reference on the Mediterranean coast. 

At NOMADA we offer an innovative culinary experience that fuses the best of Italian cuisine with the knowledge of local gastronomy. We start from the respect for nature and the ingredients that the Marina Alta offers us, and we elaborate contemporary dishes with the best local and seasonal raw materials.

Setting a high bar in the field of Italian fine dining, Massimo has worked in
cities such as Milan, London, Melbourne as well as closer to home in Madrid and Ibiza, before settling in Dénia. From here he invites you to discover true Italian cuisine, beyond just pasta and pizza.

Massimo’s creative approach combines to perfection Italian and Mediterranean recipes, producing dishes of exceptional quality using fresh, local ingredients.

La Sala is where this Denia-based Italian is in his element. Considered one of the best maîtres in the country, he has more than a decade of experience at Quique Dacosta Restaurant, one of the three Michelin stars in Spain and one of the best restaurants in the world.
