Actions in case of non-compliance.

Nomada Group reserves the right to exercise all legal actions or remedies available to demand responsibilities or rights and obligations arising from the breach by the user of any of the stipulations of these General Conditions of the Website.

Partial nullity.

The declaration of any of the clauses of these General Conditions as null, invalid or ineffective shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to be binding between the parties.

8.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the conditions of use and access to this Website contained in this document of General Conditions of the Website, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, unless otherwise required by law, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Denia.

The email address provided by the User during the registration process on the Website will be used by Nomada Group to send notifications to the User. All notifications sent by the Nomada Group to the User will be considered validly delivered if the aforementioned data and channels are used. The Nomada Group will not be liable for any damages that may arise if the User fails to comply with its obligation to keep its contact details up to date.
