    Experience in creative elaborations.

    Familiarity with meat and fish preparation

    Knowledge of local Mediterranean products and their correct use in the kitchen.

    Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation of dishes.

    Organization, cleanliness and teamwork.

    Languages:

    Spanish essential

    English (culinary) will be considered a big plus.

    Residence in Denia or surroundings.
